10.10.3.4. Phone Book
Enter the phone numbers to be dialled. You assign phone numbers to
messages under the Destinations menu item. To enter a dial break press
the "*"-button. Each break holds back the dialing process for three
seconds.
The display then gives you a chance to key in a name for that number.
The radio alarm panel will display this name in the phone book to help
you remember what destination you wanted the message to go to.
Note that the last telephone number is labelled "Follow Me". The radio
alarm panel makes this number available in the User Menu. A user can
enter a new telephone number in this slot at will. This allows the user to
re-direct any speech message programmed for this slot.

After selecting a message, select the corresponding report trigger.
Then define the report trigger that causes the alarm to be transmitted
with this message. In this point, you are linking a message with an event
(trigger).
Make this assignment for all four messages.
After assigning a recorded message to an event (trigger), assign it to
one or more phone numbers to be dialled in the event of an alarm.
In the radio alarm panel you can link up to five different trigger events
to each speech message. A trigger event is one item selected from a
list of alarm types. To link specific trigger events to individual messages
select Alarms, Speech Dialler, Report Triggers. The display shows a list of
voice messages. (Note that the home message does not appear. The
radio alarm panel always sends the home message at the beginning of
each transmission.) Select the message that you wish to program. The
display then shows a list of five triggers. Select a trigger and the display
shows a list of available alarm events. Select one alarm event for that
trigger. When you have selected an alarm event the display shows the
list of triggers again. You may program one alarm event for each of the
five triggers in the list. When you finish selecting alarms for each trigger,
you have now linked alarm events to triggers, and one or more triggers
to a message.
