Radiator Reserve Tank Removal/Installation - Honda 2003 NPS50 Ruckus Service Manual

COOLING SYSTEM
Install the radiator onto the crankcase, aligning the
water pipe with the pipe joint of the radiator.
Tighten the radiator and rear fender mounting bolts
securely.
Connect the siphon hose and water hoses.
Fill and bleed the cooling system (page 7-B).
RADIATOR RESERVE TANK
REMOVAL/INSTALLATION
Drain the coolant from the radiator reserve tank
(page 7-7).
Remove the two floor step mounting bolts.
Lift the rear of floor step and release the breather ,--- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -,
hose from the clamp.
