Final Reduction Assembly - Honda 2003 NPS50 Ruckus Service Manual

Remove the drive shaft bearing using the special
tools.
TOOLS:
Bearing remover set, 12 mm
- Bearing remover head, 12 mm 07936-1 660110
- Bearing remover shaft
- Bearing remover, 12 mm
- Remover weight
Drive new bearings into the transmission case using
the special tool.
TOOLS:
Driveshaft bearing:
Driver
Attachment, 32 X 35 mm
Pilot, 1 2 mm
Final gear shaft bearing:
Driver
Attachment, 37 X 40 mm
Pilot, 17 mm
Apply oil to a new final gear shaft oil seal lip and
outer surface.
Install the final gear shaft oil seal.

FINAL REDUCTION ASSEMBLY

Drive a new drive shaft bearing i nto the belt case
using the special tools.
