Air Cleaner - Honda 2003 NPS50 Ruckus Service Manual

Major adjustment is made with the lower adjuster.
Loosen the lock nut, turn the adjusting nut as
required and tighten the lock nut.
Recheck the throttle operation.
NOTE:
•

AIR CLEANER

The viscous paper element type air cleaner can­
not be cleaned because the element contains a
dust adhesive.
• If the scooter is used in unusually wet or dusty
areas, more frequent inspections are required.
Remove the five screws and air cleaner cover.
Replace the element in accordance with the mainte­
nance schedule or any time it is excessively dirty o r
damaged.
Check and clean the engine breather hose hole.
Install a new air cleaner element, cover and tighten
the screws.
