Camshaft/Rocker Arm Installation; Rocker Arm Holder Assembly - Honda 2003 NPS50 Ruckus Service Manual

Route the cam chain through the cylinder head and
install the cylinder head onto the cylinder.
Loosely install the cylinder head mounting bolts.
Install the intake manifold joint bolts and tighten
them securely.
Connect the vacuum hose and water hose.
Install a n d tighten the spark plug to the specified
torque.
TORQUE: 12 N·m (1.2 kgf·m, 9 lbf . ft)
Install the following:
- ECT sensor (page 1 9-17)
- M uffler (page 3-9)
- Camshaft/rocker arm (page 9-19)

I NSTALLATION

ROCKER ARM HOLDER ASSEMBLY

Apply molybdenum oil solution to the sliding and
slipper surfaces of the rocker arms.
