Pcv Control Solenoid Valve/Pcv Reed Valve Removal/Installation - Honda 2003 NPS50 Ruckus Service Manual

FUEL SYSTEM
Remove the PAIR check valve from the valve cover.
Check the reed valve for damage or fatigue.
Replace the PAIR check valve if the rubber seat is
cracked, deteriorated or damaged, or if there is
clearance between the reed and seat.
Install the PAIR check valve into the valve cover as
shown.
Install the valve cover and tighten the bolts
securely.
Install the plug maintenance lid (page 4-B).

Disconnect the air suction hoses.
