AIR BLEEDING

When filling the system or reserve tank with
coolant, or checking the coolant level, place the
scooter on its center stand on a flat, level surface.
Remove the four screws and radiator cover.
Remove the radiator cap.
Drain the coolant from the system by removing the
drain bolt and 0-ring.
Remove the cylinder drain bolt with sealing washer
and drain the coolant from the cylinder.
Remove the reserve tank cap and drain the coolant
from the reserve tank.
Reinstall the drain bolt with a new 0-ring onto the
radiator.
TORQUE: 1.0 N·m {0.1 1<gf·m, 0.7 lbf . ft)
Reinstall the drain bolt with a new sealing washer
onto the cylinder.
