CYLINDER H EAD ASSEMBLY

EXHAUST VALVE
Blow through all oil passages in the cylinder head
with compressed air.
Apply engine oil to the inner surface of new stem
seals.
Install the spring seats and stem seals.
Lubricate the valve stem sliding surface with molyb­
denum oil solution.
Insert the valves into the guide while turning it
slowly to avoid damage to the stem seals.
