Driven Face Bearing Replacement - Honda 2003 NPS50 Ruckus Service Manual

KICKSTARTER/DRIVE PULLEY/DRIVEN PULLEY/CLUTCH
DRIVEN FACE BEARING
REPLACEMENT
Remove the snap ring using the special tool.
TOOL:
Snap ring pliers
Remove the driven face needle bearing_ using the
special tools.
TOOL:
Bearing remover, 17 mm
Remover handle
Remover weight
Remove the snap ring, then remove the ball bear­
ing.
TOOL:
Snap ring pliers
Apply grease to a new ball bearing.
Press the ball bearing into the driven face with the
marked side facing up.
TOOLS:
Driver
Attachment, 22 X 24 mm
Pilot, 12 mm
