Description
The week in the specified month in
which DST ends. Valid value is a
positive or negative integer from 1 to 5.
1 = first full week of month
-1 = last occurance "dst start day" in the
month
2 = second full week of month
-2 =second last occurance "dst start
day" in the month

5 = fifth full week of month
-5 = fifth last occurance "dst start day" in
the month
The day of the specified week in the
specified month that DST starts on. Valid
values are an integer from 1 to 7.

2 = Monday

specified month that DST ends on. Valid
values are an integer from 1 to 7.
