Open Preview When Print Job Starts
If you turn this on, Preview starts before printing.
This allows you to check on-screen previews of documents before printing.

Status Monitor

Starts Status Monitor.
You can check the printer status, job status, and other conditions.
You can also set up email notification if printer errors occur by completing the Email Notice
settings.
