SYMPTOM:
Text image is blurred, smear image occurs, or several white lines appear on printing image.
Many white lines appear.
CAUSE:
A jammed sheet of paper may sometimes get caught in the area between the OPC Belt and ITB in the PCU
unit.
SOLUTION:
Field Countermeasure:
Remove the OPC Belt-Cleaning Unit (
the PCU.
