1. Call the Billing Setting to the screen.

2. Display and confirm serial number, repair request code and request code with the fol-
lowing procedure.
[License Management] → [Repair] → [Repair Request Code]

• Do not turn OFF/ON the main power switch until the repair code is input after this
procedure.
3. Access to LMS web site (for service).
4. Click [MFP] and select the language.
5. Click [Restoration demand].
