Note: It is only possible to address the telephone system if the integrated DHCP
server is used or if the DNS server of your tiptel 3022 / 3011 office has been en-
tered in the PC's network settings.
WWW port (configuration server)
Usually, HTML pages will be accessed by indication of the IP address with port 80. If
you, however, wish to access the Internet by using port 80 for a virtual server, you
have to assign another port to the web server of your telephone system. Here you
can choose between three different ports. The web server is then addressed from the
Internet via the WAN-IP address of your telephone system (corresponds to "local IP
address" in the field "status of Internet connection") and indication of the port (e.g.:
"82.82.103.180:8080").
Use standard gateway
This function should only be applied if the integrated ADSL router is not used. If an
external ADSL router is used, it has to be connected to the network switch in order to
obtain access to the Internet.
In this case, it is necessary to enter the IP address of the external router in this field.
Please note:
Then, the ADSL router integrated in the tiptel 3022 office / tiptel
3011 office as well as the firewall are not active. Furthermore, the DHCP server in-
tegrated in the telephone system should be deactivated.
If the ADSL router integrated in the telephone system is used, please keep the default
settings in this field.

IP start address, activation of DHCP
If desired, the telephone system can act as DHCP server within your network. This
means, that the computers in your network do not need a fixed IP address, but re-
ceive an individual IP address from the telephone system upon every booting. Ac-
cording to the entry in the field "number of clients" (for example 20), the telephone
system can assign IP addresses to the PCs within the network.
