Configuration: Subscriber
Selecting a subscriber
This menu is used to select a subscriber in order to modify the settings. The selection
always consists of a combination of extension number and name. If you wish to cre-
ate a new subscriber, you have to select the subscriber "new".
Copying a subscriber
Existing subscribers can easily be copied.
To do this, select the corresponding subscriber that should be copied. Modify the
name of the subscriber, the internal phone number and further parameters / settings.
By means of the button „create", the subscriber is now copied and created.
Note: The name as well as the internal phone number may only be assigned
once.
Modifiying a subscriber
By means of the "selection of subscribers", determine the subscriber to be modified.
Modify the requested settings.
The modified parameters are stored by means of the button „save".
Administrator settings
Name
Please enter the subscriber's name.
Extension number
The telephone system manages internal phone numbers consisting of 1 to 20 digits
each. It is recommended to standardise the number of digits for internal phone num-
bers. At a point-to-point access, the DDI should be the same as the internal phone
number (subscriber).
Example:
Main phone number 428 / extension 12
=> number for subscriber 12 = 42812
