shows the corresponding status:

LED on => call forwarding is active
•
LED off => call forwarding is not active
Call forwarding no reply
The target number (internal or external) has to be entered here. When the functional
key is pressed, call forwarding no reply to the indicated subscriber is programmed
for your system telephone. The telephone rings for 15 seconds (pre-set parameter,
time can be set according to individual requirements) before the incoming call is for-
warded to the programmed target number. The LED indicates the corresponding
status:
•
LED on => call forwarding is active
•
LED off => call forwarding is not active
Call forwarding busy
The target number (internal or external) has to be entered here. When the functional
key is pressed, call forwarding busy to the indicated subscriber is realised for your
system telephone in case of busy line. The LED indicates the corresponding status:
•
LED on => call forwarding is active
•
LED off=> call forwarding is not active
Call forwarding busy and no reply
This is a combination of the two above mentioned functions. Both call forwarding op-
tions have the same target. If two different target numbers should be entered, one
key each has to be assigned for each call forwarding type.
Please note:
When using several call forwarding keys, please take into account
that their functions might contradict each other. Also consider the
key „voicebox on/off status" as it activates call forwarding no reply
and busy to the voicebox of the relevant subscriber. Therefore, it
is not recommended to assign the option call forwarding no reply
and/or busy to keys when, for example, a voicemail system is
used.
Status voicebox – message waiting and on / off
The LED displays the relevant status of your voicebox.
•
LED on => your voicebox is active.
If the subscriber is busy or does not accept the call within 15 seconds, your
