Settings
User name
Here you can enter a new user name for the administrator. The factory pre-set
user name is "admin".
Password
Here you can enter a new password for the administrator. Please re-enter the new
password in the second entry field as confirmation. The factory pre-set password is
"admin".
Voicemail system
The tiptel 3022 office / tiptel 3011 office supports the following voicemail systems:
•
tiptel 350 with 5 voiceboxes
•
tiptel 350 – 10 with 10 voiceboxes
•
tiptel 355 with 10 voiceboxes
These systems are directly supported by the telephone system, that means a further
configuration regarding the call forwarding function is not necessary.
To do this, select the connected voicemail system.
The individual voiceboxes are assigend in the subscriber menu.
Please note:
To ensure a correct functionality, it is necessary to connect the
voicemail systems to the internal S04.
For correct settings in your tiptel 350 or 355, select the telephone system 30xx in the
telephone system menu of your voicemail system.
Afterwards, reset the tiptel 350 or tiptel 355 to default settings in order to activate the
factory pre-set parameters. Otherwise, the voicemail systems will not operate cor-
rectly behind the telephone system!
All voiceboxes are activated, the internal phone numbers are identical to the voice-
boxes in the tiptel 3022 office / tiptel 3011 office.
Country code
To come up to country-specific requirements, it is necessary to select the requested
country here. If the required country is not included in the list, please choose "INT".
