Voicebox number
The voicebox number to be used for the current subscriber can be selected here.
If no alternatives are indicated here, you possibly may have forgotten to register a
voicemail system within the menu settings – voicemail system.
The number of available voiceboxes depends upon the voicemail system used.
The voicebox will finally be activated by means of the system telephone tiptel 82 sys-
tem or – in case of analogue or ISDN telephones – by means of call forwarding to the
voicebox.
Password
After accessing one subscriber's configuration menu, you have to enter a user name
(subscriber name) and a password. Please enter the desired password here.
Authorisations
Exchange authorisation
Individual exchange authorisation can be assigned to each subscriber for outgoing
calls. The following authorisation levels are available:
•
no exchange authorisation
•
national exchange authorisation
•
international exchange authorisation
Exception numbers (if available and enabled) and emergency numbers can override
the programmed exchange authorisation.
Requirement:
An MSN/DDI for outgoing calls must be selected for the subscriber.
Call forwarding targets
This menu is used to program the authorisation for call forwarding. In case of external
call forwarding targets, the restrictions via dialling control will be taken into account
but exchange authorisation restrictions will not be observed.
The following authorisation levels are available:
•
no call forwarding allowed
•
call forwarding only allowed to internal targets
•
call forwarding allowed to internal and external targets
