Call data
Your telephone system has convenient features for logging call data. The telephone
system stores up to 1,000 data records. This is a first in / first out system.
The following call data of external calls are documented:
•
date and time of the call
•
call duration in hours, minutes, and seconds
•
call direction (coming / going)
•
phone numbers of the telephone system
•
phone number of the external subscriber
•
subscriber, who placed or received the call
•
charges (if transmitted by the exchange office)
The call data can be exported in form of a table with CSV format and can be edited
with a suitable program.
