action: Pressing the key activates the voicebox. If the subscriber then is busy or
does not accept the call within 15 seconds, the call is accepted by the voicebox.

LED blinks =>
action : Pressing the key activates the hands-free mode and your voicebox is
called. Regarding the functions of your voicemail system that are available now,
please refer to the chapter „remote interrogation" in the corresponding user
manual. The hands-free mode is not automatically activated when the handset is
lifted.
Please note:
As long as new incoming messages are available in the voicebox,
the voicebox cannot be switched off. It is thus guaranteed that all
messages will always be played back. Futhermore, the voicebox
accepts further incoming calls during the interrogation process
(as the subscriber is busy).
Voicebox pick-up
The pick-up option for the subscriber's voicebox is activated here. The LED indicates
the corresponding status:
•
LED on => the voicebox has accepted an incoming call
action: Pressing the key activates the hands-free mode and the call is picked up
from the voicebox. The hands-free mode is not automatically activated when the
handset is lifted.

LED off => idle state
action: Pressing the key activates the hands-free mode and the voicebox is
called. The hands-free mode is not automatically activated when the handset is
lifted.

LED blinks=>
action: Pressing the key activates the hands-free mode and the incoming call is
picked up. The hands-free mode is not automatically activated when the handset
is lifted.
Status warning voicebox – memory capacity
The voicebox status "capacity exhausted" can be displayed.

LED off => All incoming messages in the voicebox are deleted (voicebox
empty).
action: Pressing the key activates the hands-free mode and your voicebox is
called. The hands-free mode is not automatically activated when the handset is
lifted. Now, parameters in your voicebox can be programmed. The available
