One or both power supplies appear operational, but the CTP card is not receiving
DC power. The in-card circuit breaker may have tripped due to a power surge, or
the CTP card failed.
Disconnect both power cords, then reconnect the power cords (power cycle the
switch) to reset the CTP card.
