Message: Ethernet adapter reset.
Severity: Minor.
Explanation: The CTP card Ethernet adapter was reset in response to an internally detected error.
A card failure is not indicated. The switch-to-HAFM appliance connection
terminates, but automatically recovers after the reset.
Action: Perform the data collection procedure and return the backup disk to HP support
personnel.
Event Data: Bytes 0 through 3 = reason for adapter reset, least significant byte first
(reset_error_type) 1 = completion notification for timed-out frame transmission.

Message: Non-recoverable Ethernet fault.
Severity: Major.
Explanation: A non-recoverable Ethernet interface failure was detected and the LAN connection
to the HAFM appliance or Internet was terminated. No failure information or event
codes are reported outside the switch. Although Fibre Channel port functionality is
not affected, the switch cannot be monitored or configured.
Action: Replace the switch.
Event Data: Byte 0 = LAN error type as follows: 01 = hard failure, 04 = registered fault.
Byte 1 = LAN error subtype (internally defined).
Byte 2 = LAN fault identifier (internally defined).
