Inputting Characters
Procedure 1. Select "FIX DISP" on the initial editing screen.

This section describes how to create fixed characters and graphics in screen data.
The following characters and graphics can be created.
Characters (fixed display), marks (display)
Continuous lines, squares, polygons, circles/arcs, fans, tilings
When using an NT20S, NT20M, NT600S, or NT600M, only characters (fixed dis-
play), continuous lines, and circles can be used (arcs cannot be used).
Characters to be displayed have to be input. For details on the display of charac-
ter-strings and numeric values, setting the display color (NT30C or NT610C), set-
ting numeral tables, and setting words and bits, see 4-2 "Common Setting Opera-
tions" (p.61).
The fixed display menu will be displayed.
2. Select "STR IN".
3. Input the characters to be displayed at the keyboard and press the
