Creating Input Settings
Reference: The two numeral setting attributes are used in the following cases:

"Syst":
Used to eliminate the need to carry out screen creation by using
the PT default input keys.
"User":
Used when creating customized input keys.

al setting input field.
Press the [Esc] key to quit numeral setting.
