Upgrade the NTDK20AB SSC to NTDK20EA or later

Attach the appropriate upgrade release label from the Label Kit
provided with the Upgrade Kit to the faceplate of the SSC in the
space provided.
Attach the same release number label as the original SSC. For
example, if the original SSC was NTDK20AB Release 9, the upgraded
SSC becomes NTDK20EA Release 9.

Insert the SSC card in its assigned slot in the cabinet and restore
power to the system.
