How to correct
1. Check the connection of the fax board USB cable and
the power cord.
2. Turn OFF and ON the main power switch.
3. If the error reoccurs on the specific remote station, it
cannot be dissolved by settings, so acquire a log.
• Protocol trace list for errors (including remote station)
• Line information for both fax machine and remote
station
• Machine management list (CSV save), activity report
• Data saved in the storage
How to correct
1. Enable communication with ECM.
If ECM has been already set to ON on your machine,
request the sending end to do it.
2. Possibility of line defect (example: packet loss,
distortion)
