1. Remove the rear cover (ADF).

3. Remove the screw [1], and remove the document feed tray [2].
4. Remove two screws [1].
5. Remove four screws [1], and evacuate the DF lower guide assy [2].
6. Remove the screw [1], and pull out the multi feed detection board/TX assy [2].
7. Disconnect the connector [1].
