Alarms: Alarm Priorities
A crisis alarm must be acknowledged by pushing the Silence Alarm hardkey
even if the alarming condition has been corrected.

alarms have been silenced
and a new crisis alarm
occurs
monitor is connected to
remote alarm
A warning alarm continues until the alarming condition has been corrected.
Pushing the Silence Alarm hardkey will temporarily suspend the audible
indication.

A procedural alarm continues until the alarming condition has been corrected.
Pushing the Silence Alarm hardkey will temporarily suspend the audible
indication.

A message alarm has no audible indication. The visual indication will continue
until the alarming condition has been corrected.
