atm umts

atm umts
To select an ATM interface for Universal Mobile Telecommunications System (UMTS) Iub traffic for
the atm subinterfaces, use the atm umts Sub-Interface configuration command. This command is used
when you want to off load one or more permanent virtual circuit (PVC) traffic packets from a physical
ATM shorthaul so as to go over an alternate backhaul. For each alternate backhaul, you need to create a
logical shorthaul by creating an atm subinterface. Traffic for the PVCs configured under this logical
shorthaul will go through the corresponding alternate backhaul.
