enabled in T1 trunk's
COS.
Dialing digit conflict.
Corrective Action
Verify the wiring
between the phone
and the patch panel.
Perform a Healthy
System Checklist of
the Controller (see
page 195).
Disable non-DID in the
set's COS.
Disable the ANI/DNIS
number delievery in
the trunk's COS.
Tip: You can assigned
an unused COS to
verify if this is the
problem.
