To remove the display assembly

1 Perform the previous procedures:
"To remove the cabinet"

"To remove the front panel assembly"
•
2 Remove the main shield covering the system board by sliding
it toward the back of the instrument.
Thin sheet metal parts may have sharp edges. Handle with care to avoid injury.
3 Using a small flat blade screw driver, gently pry the display
and backlight inverter cables to disconnect them from the
system board.
Note the cable routing through the system board for
reinstallation.
