To remove the handle

6000 Series Oscilloscopes Service Guide
If you are mounting the instrument on a rack, you will probably
need to remove the handle.
1 Rotate the handle downward until it just passes the last
detent position; this is about 1/2 inch before the handle
touches the bottom of the oscilloscope.
2 Pull the sides of the handle out of the cabinet and remove.
