7.1.5. Cannot Access Internet

If the IP packet does not pass through this product, perform/confirm the following.
For the PC used to set up this product, make sure that the IP address of the PC has been reset to its original
setting. If the PC's IP address is 169.254.xxx.xxx/16, there will be no internet access.
Confirm that the security/scan function of this product is enabled.
If the cause is not known, try the self-diagnosis function. For the details, see Section 6.1.15.

If this product cannot connect to the internet, the security/scan function cannot be used.

Description/Corrective Action
Green
Normal.
*During startup of this product, all the lamps will light green.
Red
The product has failed to start. Turn the power off once,
and then turn it on after 10 seconds. If this turns red,
please contact your distributor.
Off
Turn on this product. If it does not turn green, please
contact your distributor.
Other
If a condition other than the above continues for more than
than the
10 minutes, there might be something abnormal with this
above
product. Turn the power off once, and then turn it on after
10 seconds. If this continues, please contact your
distributor.
[Note]
Blinking orange indicates writing to memory or USB
memory. If the USB memory is continuously written
(including erasing), flashing orange continues. In this case,
do not turn off the power.

The IP address is normal. Check that the DNS server and

gateway are correctly configured.

Acquiring IP address is in progress. If blinking does not end

Connect the WAN port of this product to the host
equipment of this product with an Ethernet cable and
confirm that the light on the WAN port of this product is
green.
If the NETWORK lamp does not light green or orange again,
confirm (*) that the IP address is set for this product.
(*) Make sure that "IPv4 Connectivity Status" is displayed
as "Internet Connected" on the [TOP]-[Maintenance]-
[Information]-[Device Status] screen of the Web setting.
