3.3.13. Security Log

The detection status of this product's security/scan function can be confirmed in the log messages.
These log messages can be saved in computers.

Name of function (FW, AV, IPS, WG, UF, KF, APG)

[Saving logs]
Saving the log messages
- The log file is regularly saved in memory.
- Maximum size of the log file storage area is 500 MB.
Log files are generated and saved every 1 MB.
Log messages can be up to 1,000 bytes each.
When the log storage is exceeded, the oldest log is deleted and a new log is saved.
- The POWER lamp blinks orange while saving log files, so do not turn off the power supply.
Other than the abovementioned, a log file is saved depending on the timing of device restart by Web setting
operation.
*In case of a power outage and power cutoff, the log message that was not saved in memory is lost.
[Web setting operation]
1,000 worth of log messages from the most recent can be confirmed at Web setting.
Security logs are deleted by pressing the "Clear" button. Log files saved in memory are deleted.
Communication to be blocked (individual permission) that is not included in the threat detection can be set.
