18.11.3 Pulse motor drive circuit
This circuit controls motor drive start/stop, rotation direction and motor current.
Motor rotation speed and rotation direction are controlled by outputting the following pulse motor drive
excitation pattern signals from the CPU (PMA1/2, PMB1/2). The PWM signal output from the CPU
(PWMMOT) is divided and integrated by R58, R57 and C11, and converted to a fixed voltage. After
conversion, this fixed voltage is input to IC2 (pins 9 and 11) to set the motor current value.
Any motor current value is obtained by varying the duty of the PWM signal.
