Removing a Dryer Roller Support

For this procedure the processor must be deenergized. See page 1-7. In addition, the
RECEIVING-END and NON-DRIVE SIDE ACCESS PANELS must be removed from the
processor. See pages 1-3 through 1-5 for instructions, if necessary.
[1] To remove a DRYER ROLLER SUPPORT,
compress the 2 WINGS and push towards
center of the DRYER.
[2] To install a DRYER ROLLER SUPPORT,
snap the ROLLER SUPPORT into the keyed
opening in the SIDE PLATE of the
NON-DRIVE SIDE.
The DRIVE-SIDE SUPPORTS can only
be installed with the opening toward
the BELT. The NON-DRIVE SIDE
SUPPORTS can only be installed with
the opening toward the top of the
processor.

Removing the Dryer Heater

For this procedure the processor must be deenergized, and the RECEIVING-END ACCESS
PANEL must be removed from the processor. See pages 1-3 through 1-7 for instructions, if
necessary.
[1] Remove the following. See Figure 4-11.
• Bottom 6 AIR TUBES
• Bottom 12 ROLLERS
• GRILL ASSEMBLY.
