From the example above, these are for axes X, Z: SOS, SLS4, SLS2
And for the spindles: STO, SLS4
In addition, SS1 is used for the emergency stop.

From the function table to the logic diagram

Creating a logic diagram
A basic logic diagrams is derived from the function table in the next step. The fail-safe inputs
of the TM54F must be connected and this diagram serves as the basis for this.
The logic diagram has a few functions that are not listed in the function table:
● Emergency stop is executed with SS1.
● In order to acknowledge SI alarms, a safe input as acknowledgment is necessary.
● Only SLS2 and SLS4 are used for SLS.
