7. Pour the specified amount of oil into the
fork inner tube.
Front fork oil ( each fork):
249 cm

(8.8 Imp oz, 8.4 US oz)
SAE 10W 30 type SE motor oil

After filling, slowly pump the forks up
and down to distribute the oil.
9.
Inspect the "0-ring" on the cap bolt.
Replace "0-ring" if damaged.
10. Reinstall the fork cap bolts, and tighten
the front fork pinch bolts.
Tightening torque :
Fork cap bolt:
20 Nm (2.0 m · kg, 14 ft ·lb)
Front fork pinch bolt:
20 Nm (2.0 m · kg, 14 ft ·lb)
