Basic Transmission Procedure
Memory Transmission

Make sure that the machine is in standby mode.
Check that the Memory indicator is lit.

If it is not lit, press MEMORY

Carefully place the document in the feeder.

Select the contrast and resolution (and halftone if neccessary)
You may select one or more of the
following options. To select an option,
press the right arrow on the scroll key,
t hen pres s one of the fol low ing
combinations of keys.

Enter the telephone number in one of the following ways:
Quick Dial
Speed Dial

Group Dial
Ten Keypad
Handset
On Hook Dial

Press YES
Either:Dial another number, go to step 6.

then press Start. To dial another number,
go to step 6. Otherwise, press Start.
The machine stores your message in

memory, then sends it to each terminal in
sequence.

Immediate Tranmission
Check that the Memory indicator is not
Lit.
If it is lit, press MEMORY

Speed Dial
Ten Keypad
Handset
On Hook Dial
Press START
The machine dials, then your message is
fed, scanned, and sent to the other
terminal.
