SENDING A FAX MESSAGE
Sending to More Than One Location (Broadcasting)
1. Make sure that the machine is in standby mode (see page 18).
2. Make sure that the Memory indicator is lit. If it is not, press Memory.
3. Place your fax message face down into
the feeder.
You can dial without placing the message in the
feeder first. Place the document after you dial
the number and go to step 5.

4. Dial in one of the following ways.
a) Ten Keypad
:
Method: Press the Quick Dial key the Group is stored in (in the example, press key 08).
If your machine is behind a PBX, dial the access code, then a pause, then the telephone
number. For an international number, place a pause after the country code. To input a pause,
press the Pause key.
