1. Either:
To enter the RTI from the standby
mode, press Function 6 2 2 2 2
6 1 and Yes. And then press
til the screen is as shown opposite.
Then press Yes.
If you have just entered the RTI in the
previous procedure, press Yes.
2. Either:
If no TTI has been stored, input the
TTI using the Quick Dial keys and
the ten keypad.
If a TTI has already been stored,
and/or you do not wish to edit: No
and go to step 4.
To change or enter the TTI, press
Yes, then edit your TTI
Example: XYZ HEAD OFFICE
NOTE: You may use up to 32
characters.

To edit the TTI to "
", for example, move the
cursor below H using
Press Clear four times and input
NY.
3. Press Yes to enter the TTI.
4. You may wish to enter the CSI next.

Press Function to return to the
standby mode.
CSI (Called Subscriber Identification)
Your CSI appears on the other party's operation panel during communication
instead of your RTI, if the other party's machine is another manufacturer's
product. The CSI can have up to 20 characters (only numbers and spaces can be
used). Enter your fax machine's telephone number, because some features of
your machine may not work if the CSI is not the same as the telephone number.
