Collapse step(s) - Up.$Step[id].Collapsed
Using the system variable Up.$Step[id].Collapsed, the selected step is collapsed in the
step tree. The operator cannot see the step.
System variable Up.$Step[id].Collapsed supplies the value "true" for all steps whose font of
the step is italic.
