SINAMICS S List Manual
Channel %1 block%2 resources for motion synchronizing actions
not sufficient (identifier: %3)
%1 = channel number
%2 = block number
%3 = identifier
To process motion synchronizing actions resources are required. They
are configured via the machine data $MC_MM_IPO_BUFFER_SIZE,
$MC_MM_NUM_BLOCKS_IN_PREP,
$MC_MM_NUM_SAFE_SYNC_ELEMENTS,
$MC_MM_NUM_SYNC_ELEMENTS. If these resources are insuffi-
cient for executing the part program, then this alarm is issued. The pa-
rameter %3 shows which resource has run out:
Increase identifier <= 2: $MC_MM_IPO_BUFFER_SIZE or
$MC_MM_NUM_BLOCKS_IN_PREP.
Increase identifier > 2: $MC_MM_NUM_SYNC_ELEMENTS,
$MC_MM_NUM_SAFE_SYNC_ELEMENTS.

Interface signals are set
Correct the part program or increase the resources.
Axis %1 illegal torque, current torque %2
%1 = axis name, spindle number
%2 = measured holding torque when selecting the brake test
The actually measured holding torque cannot be provided with the ex-
isting parameterization of the brake test.
Alarm display
The function test of the mechanical brake system is aborted
The PLC block FB11 for the sequence control to test the mechanical
brake system is exited with a fault (fault detection = 2). This means that
the request – "start brake test" – isn't even effective for the axis.
