Warning

detection system (PA03)" is different from
VCII series.
The mark detection signal setting is
outside the range.
The mark detection data type setting is
outside the range.
When the mark detection data type setting
is not "Optional 2 word buffer memory",
the mark detection data type setting is
outside the range.
When the mark detection data type setting
is "Optional 2 word buffer memory", the
mark detection data buffer memory No. is
outside the range or odd number.
The speed change request is issued
during deceleration stop with JOG start
signal OFF.

Re-set to 10000.
• When input magnification is set at 0: Re-
set to 1.
