d. Tighten the lock nut.
e. Slide the rubber cover into position
original.
NOTE:
If the specified free play of clutch cable,
can not be obtained on the side of the handlebar, use the
adjusting nut on the motor side.
Motor side
a. Loosen the locknut "1"
b. Turn the adjustment screw "2" in the direction
"A" or "b" to obtain the specified free play
clutch cable.
Direction "a"
The cable free play of clutch
increases
Direction "b"
The cable free play of clutch
decreases
NOTE:
Keep the right handlebar

c.
Tighten the lock nut.

CLEANING THE FILTER ELEMENT

NOTE:
There is a hose inspection "1" on the basis
of the air filter box. If there is dust and / or water
accumulated in the hose, clean the element
air filter and air filter box.

Clean:
Air filter element "1"
Apply dry compressed air from the surface
outside the inner air filter element.

Air filter element
Replace damaged
