TROUBLESHOOTING
The ignition system is not working (no spark or intermittent spark).
NOTE:
Before troubleshooting, remove the following parts:
1.
Seat
2.
Side cover 1 and 2
3.
Fuel tank
1. Check the fuse.

2. Check the battery.

3. Check the spark plug.

NG →
Replace the fuse.
NG →
• Clean the battery terminals
• Recharge or replace battery.
NG →
Re-calibrate or replace the spark plug.

Replace the spark plug cap.

Replace the ignition coil.
NG →
Replace the throttle position sensor
of the crankshaft.
NG →
Replace the main switch.
NG →
Replace the TPS.
