Filtering idle timeout with ISDN

The Secure Router can filter routing updates and keepalive packets so that these packets
do no impact the idle timer for ISDN connections. A filter option in the ISDN command tree
allows filters to be configured for incoming and outgoing packets. By default all the filtering is
in the disabled state. You can enable filtering for any specific multicast protocol. On enabling
the filtering for a particular protocol, keepalive and control packets specific to that protocol no
longer impact the idle timer.
