SR4134 integration with OCS only

You can install the SR4134 in an OCS-only network without the CS 1000. In this scenario, the
Media Gateway provides PSTN trunks and FXS connections to POTS phones (but not fax) for
the OCS network, and the OCS server provides SIP call routing.
FXS phones cannot perform a SIP registration with the OCS network. Instead, the OCS server
views FXS phones as trunk numbers.
