Make sure that the machine has stopped
before opening the finisher right door.

Move the handle [4b] (1) and turn the knob
[3a] to the right (2). Remove the jammed
paper.

Return the handle [4b] to the original
position.

Close the finisher right door.

• If paper is torn, check for any torn pieces
of paper inside the machine.
• A message will be displayed and the machine will not operate if the finisher right door is
even slightly open.
• The jam clearance procedure differs for each jam location. Follow the instructions displayed
and remove the jammed paper.
