Paper Jams at the Booklet Drawer [4] and the Knob [4a]

Make sure that the machine has stopped
before opening the finisher right door.

Pull out the Booklet Drawer [4].

Turn the knob [4a] to the left to remove all
the jammed paper from the left side of the
Booklet Drawer [4].
Note

Return the Booklet Drawer [4] to the original position.

Close the finisher right door.

• If paper is torn, check for any torn pieces
of paper inside the machine.
• A message will be displayed and the machine will not operate if the finisher right door is
even slightly open.
• The jam clearance procedure differs for each jam location. Follow the instructions displayed
and remove the jammed paper.
